False Advertising and breach of my Personal Data

FNB Cellular called me to offer me a device package which was approved, a Samsung Galaxy Tab 7\. I spoke to Jody 24FEB15. She confirmed the transaction was successful and that the courier would be in touch with me regarding delivery within 3-7 working days. I waited patiently and there was no courier or notification to me about any delay.<br> <br> I called in two weeks of being patient to find out what was wrong and this is when I spoke to Lerato who only informed that there was no stock of the device that's why it was taking so long. She then advised that she would be in touch with me regarding delivery and she only called me once to say there is still no stock. She then sent me a text message saying they are looking for more stock and she would let me know. She never got back to me after.<br> <br> Last week Friday Unathi who is the supposed supervisor called and tells me that the delay is because that the transaction was declined. I spoke to him and informed that Jody confirmed it was successful and that he would clarify the information with her and get back to me however this was not done. I haven't heard from either of them since. This is false advertising and breach of data protection"
