False advertising about COVID-19 help and understanding

Fnb has stated that they are there to help their customers during the COVID-19 lockdown period but my experience with them during this COVID-19 lockdown is the exact opposite. I have been harassed with phone calls (even during the evening, sometimes 18:00 up to 20:00 in the evening) for payment and this morning i was threatened with legal action if payment is not made within this week. The whole country is on lockdown and most people are not receiving an income during this period yet Fnb threaten me with legal action if payment is not made. This is totally against what they are advertising. Their advert should be reported as it is false advertising. i am self employed and due to the lockdown, cannot operate and my wife is not receiving any income from her company during the lockdown as her employer is not paying any salaries during this time. We have to rely on UIF and nobody knows when payments from UIF will be received, so please explain where i must get the money from to pay. So please explain to me where the help and understanding comes in from Fnb as i have not experienced it. Nedbank and MFC have been extremely helpful and understanding as they have done exactly what they advertised. Fnb need to takes note from Nedbank and MFC so they can see how it is supposed to be done. Shaun
