False advertising

So now FNB has gotten into the business of false advertising...!In January they run a special that offered potential clients R1000 reward if they open an FNB Gold Cheque and switch your salary to FNB. So I encouraged my partner to switch from CAPITEC to FNB, in January. 5 months have gone and when we queried with the Consultant who assisted us with opening the account. She advised that she would query with the head office, but as far as she is concerned no one has ever received that R1000. This is very disappointing as I have been a client with FNB with 3 company banking account and I was also seriously considering to switch my personal account, but i’m losing faith in this bank. My partner is even considering going back previous bank, as she’s concerned that FNB doesn’t value their customers
