FALSE ADVERTISING

FALSE ADVERTISING and lack of correct information on banking app. I recently downgraded my FNB Connect contract from Talk Max to the Talk Lite, on the banking app it is advertised at R 229.00 p/month with unlimited WhatsApp messaging, 800min PLUS 15GB per month x 6 months - the 6 month worth 15GB is the main reason I switched!!!!! Just to be told I do not qualify as my contract was a downgrade!!!!! This is FALSE ADVERTISING!!!!!!!!
