False Advertising

I have a loan with fnb. I was unemployed for 2 months. I made arrangements with them to take 1 debit order when I got another job. Without my consent they took a double debit order. When contacting them they claim I refused to to pay them when in fact I asked them to take one debit order and after wards I will contact them to make arrangements for the outstanding. I am just waiting to see how my salary works out due to other obligations. I did not refuse payment. FNB claims in their adverti*****ts we must go and speak to them when in trouble. What is the use.? They don't want to listen to the client and they deduct money without your consent. I want to take this matter further and also close my account!!!.
