False advertising
When I signed up with FNB I was told I'll get a sign up gift. Months later no sign up gift and no explanation. I followed up and I'm given the run around. I don't get why they were selling and promoting something they had no intention of delivering on.

03 Jun 2021, 15:15So disappointing that 48hours later, all I've received are emails with reference numbers but not a single person has made contact with me like it was stated. All the person cared about was making the sale when I joined FNB. I guess it's say and sell whatever to make your sale but you don't have to deliver on it post the sale. Shocking!!!
