FALSE ADVERTISING

Today I got a call from 1 FNB consultant who offered to upgrade my account to fusion premiere with less monthly fees of R240 instead of my current R260 .

The consultant told me tht this offer comes with a credit facility that charges only if u use it

To my suprised i was charged R53 today on 31 Jan .as a monthly fee.. clearly this is false advertising, I then requested a copy of a recording I was told to go to the branch.
