False advertising

Good morning readers

So FNB is a great bank and very cheap for business accounts......you don't have to go into a branch to open an account that is the best thing about FNB.....you can do everything online and they will open the account and even go as far as delivering the card to you......wow this makes you want to open the business account from FNB as you dont have to waitin long queues and wait to see someone however IT IS ALL A BIG LIE......

FNB BUSINESS ACCOUNTS is the worst department to deal with as they do not keep your documents and want you to send them over and over again.....i have been sending my proof of address now for over 3 weeks and all they can say is that we need your documents again to RICA......FNB if you are saying and promising your clients that it is easy to do why am i personally have so many issue to get a business account from you.....the other banks have opened my accounts and this was not a issue......please don't do false advertising and then request documentation that was sent already
