False advertising

Good day, in September last year i app**** to move my home loan from SA Home Loans to FNB. It was approved at the end of September.. When applying for the home loan on the FNB website i cam accross the following below;

We will pay your cancellation fees (excluding early termination fees) We will pay your bond registration fees up to the original bond amount, with the option to take your home loan back to the original 20-year term Enjoy a personalised interest rate You will receive 50% back in eBucks on your first basic home loan repayment when you apply via nav » Home

However when i asked about it i was told that i do not qualify for this special as it was approved before this came about, nowhere on this adverti*****t does it state specific time periods or a specific frame , i find it very unfair that i chose to move my bond and i am refused these benefits. I believe that this is false adverti*****t.
