False advertising

Okay. So I have not had issues with FNB. However, I tried to get a policy and I would like to know how you advertise the policy as "no testing etc required" but then I get a message that testing etc is required. Really? False advertising much?

Needless to say, I can't randomly afford testing for a policy that Absa actually has available without all kinds of hoops to jump through.
