Fallen victim of crime

I was ****** of my child's nappy bag with my cell phone, purse and car keys in whilst at our local mall on Sat 26th. I immediately tried to get someone to assist me with a phone and a number to cancel my cards but all my money was already taken from my acc. I went to the airport to open a ***** case. I was told that due to it being a weekend and Monday being a public holiday they will only start to investigate on Tuesday. I received an sms yesterday with my ref nr and an mail from the bank today saying we noted that the transactions occurred prior to you cancelling your card 15:10:55. Due to the card not being cancelled timeously the bank was unable to migrate the loss. MY PHONE WAS TAKEN!

I then get shown the transactions and its less than what was withdrawn.
They continue saying \we are aware of the circumstances..\"
How can they investigate in 1 or 2 days? I've gone to look at the footage at the ATM where the money was drawn at around 15:08

If they are aware of the circumstances and can see I was at 2 stores where my pin could have been ******, no money in the bank and 4 kids to feed, I say FNB properly cant help me if they don't even properly investigate."
