**** Services - Shocking

I app**** and paid for my license disc through FNB navigate car last year September. I’m still waiting for it to be delivered. When I contacted them numerous times explaining the case they always say they will sort it out and be in contact with me and never do. I’m out of moves. I don’t know what else to do. FNB is shocking. Don’t offer a service you can not deliver. Ridiculous how you have to be the one to always chase and follow up.
