**** public recipient..

Good day Please FNB assist me I made payment to "Public Recipient Cellc" for my contract only to found later that the account on your app does not belong to Cell C.. I fill in the dispute form as adviced by consultant but now I got feedback to say they will be able to reverse it because they don't have jurisdiction.

So my question is the public recipient says Cellc on your App and how am I going to trace them since cellc told me the account doesn't belong to them? Do you just allow people to add their banking details using other people's business to **** people as public recipient like dstv, unisa etc?
