**** proof of payment

Good day<br> <br> I am an Absa account holder, I called your FNB call centre last week Thursday to advise them that an FNB account holder Jabulile G Nkosi had sent me a **** proof of payment for the sum of R20,000 dated 27/03/15 14:10:45. When I spoke to your ***** department to request for a ***** confirmation letter so I can take to the police for my statement, they refused and told me that the FNB account holder is the only person that can request for such a letter.<br> <br> I urgently need that confirmation letter therefore kindly get back to me ASAP.<br> <br> Regards,
