**** notes from FNB ATM

I withdrew 500 from the FNB ATM with african bank card at Gras kloof engender garage. Immediately after withdrawing I went to the garage to buy only to find out one of the notes that I withdrew was ****. I went to FNB branch in Secunda to enquire and the consultants could not help me and referred me to African bank which only logged a query and will contact me. All the trouble for 100 rand note. And I am now using my money and petrol trying to have the 100 replaced . Which I was already charged for withdrawall from the ATM. I feel this is not fairesponding and I am suffering due to someone special incompetency

Good day I am really not happy with the way the complain is been handled and is still not resolved. I was referred to Latica who referred me to Mary Ann but still no help from any of them. I was called by Mary Ann from Secunda branch to come and fill claim forms and I asked who should I ask when I get to the branch and the response was any of the consultants. When I go to the branch I explained to the consultant what I was therefore and she called Mary Ann who advised the consultant to help me fill in the claim for. 5 days after filling in the claim form I received a call from Mary Ann that there is more forms that I need to fill in and she will email them to me I need to take them to the police station, Of which she did not send yet and is approaching end of business day. My question is why did she not give me the forms the day I went to the bank? after I went to the bank more than once I still need to drive back there again to submit the forms at my own expense, the money will be deposited in to my account God knows after how long and I am going to get bank charged for that. then you ask yourself is it really worth it I am actually going to spend more than 100 rand trying to claim back the money from FNB.
