**** Nonsensical Bank full of nothing

FNB Festival Mall’s service is appalling. It is taking me almost two months to get my account opened. Every time I go to the bank to follow up I get different stories. No one was t to take accountability and get this account finalized. If I was not employed by this bank I would not even bother to pursue this. I have wasted my fuel driving there all they do is finger pointing at each other. How pathetic.
