Faith Restored in FNB

I had a horrible experience with FNB Van Riebeeck Mall that I complained about on Hello Peter a couple of weeks ago. This was not handled properly and I was left very disappointed.<br> However, today I went to Bedford Centre and dealt with Sonia Nicho, who went the extra mile to assist me with my problem and concerns. It was such a pleasure to deal with someone like this. Thanks Sonia!
