This is a difficult one but, I shall give FNB 5 stars for at least sorting out an issue I had and not just ignoring a reveiw. It is sad that one has to leave a not so nice review(deleted) to actually get something sorted out but, cudos to FNB for actually sorting it out. Shout out to Shirley for her assistance.
