Failure with online banking

I am truly disappointed with FNB.

Throughout the week I received a notification from In Contact that there has been a log in on my online banking.

It wasn't me, so I reported it as ***** to be safe but also thinking it was a glitch as I normally also get an email notification.

When asking the consultant if he could see if it is a glitch he responded with: " I need a yes or no NOW to cancel all your cards and block your account "

This has been a huge inconvenice - when asking if I would have to pay for my new cards he said that is am issue we can worry about later.

R90 for a temporary debit card, R165 for a credit card and I am yet to see how you will rip me off for the other 2 cards.

I strongly feel that this issue was from your side and that in events like this that the client should be held financially liable for card replacements.

Ofcourse when my online banking was unblocked, there was no sign of the log in notification.

FNB is too concermed with advertising to the public as to why they should switch to FNB than trying focusing on their current clients.

I will most definitely consider switching away from FNB!!!
