Failure to waive additional insurance on loans
A number of personal loans have been taken out with FNB. During the telephonic discussions, it was said that if I provide additional proof via email of policies / personal insurance covering the loss of income etc, that the additional insurance added onto the loans will be removed. This however has not happened and it is almost impossible to get any response from FNB with regards to this.
