Failure to trasnsfer debit orders to new FNB account from Absa

Just over three months ago I gave the Ladysmith branch of FNB instructions to use my new FNB business account fro all my business debit orders from my Absa account. I was assured that it would take one month to do the transfers. For more than three monthsd FNB is making nonsense of tyheir promise to effect the transfers. Today I was informed that my DStv premium has not been paid on the due date. FNB in fact changed the status from debit order to cash. My wife has just been released from hospital after a vehicle collision and are dependent on the TV for entertainment which FNB will now deprove her of. Why spend four months to do what they brag about and do it poorly? Not all other debit orders have been changed either with the result that I have to keep two business accounts going with the costs. If marketing ploys and promises are made in the media, the business shold keep he promises. I today discovered that the following SMS ":2/2016 Queries ********** 001 opt 2" must be about mt FNB troubles. I do not respond to unidentiiable sms's. Thwere is no reason stated and no mention of FNB. What a pathetic show.
