Failure to reverse money sent to wrong account REF

On the 7th of this month I made a mistake and paid 3000 to a wrong account on my app. When I realised this the next day around noon I called FNB and got directed to the wrong departments several times. When I finally got the correct department (recalls/reversals) 2hours later, I was given the wrong form to fill. After sending it back I decided to make a follow up and called them. That's when they told me to fill another form and lodge another complaint. You can imagine how frustrated I was so I went to Wonderpark FNB branch where the service was veeeery slow and all they did was upload the info on my forms and gave me a ref number. I still had to call for them to give me assistance. When I tried to call they did not pick. This was before 4pm by the way. By then I was ready to close my account but I still need assistance. The next day I got feedback saying the request was unsuccessful because the recepient withdrew the money. So they gave me her details and suggested I call her myself. This is insane coz I'm a customer. I called fnb again and they said they can't help me anymore. I have evidence that I send money to the wrong person. The person acknowledged receiving the money but no one at FNB will help me get my money back. I pay all my fees monthly faithfully but you won't get my money back for me????? Can i not trust you with my money and how can you let someone else get away with eating money that does not belong to them. Yes I made a mistake but your system is also defective as it does not verify the correct account name before saving a receipt or sending money. Mind you other bank apps do that. I had a similar problem at capitec years back but they helped me immediately and their app now has the verifying step before sending money. I think this situation does not need for cops or lawyers to get involved but I'm already looking into that because your bank has given me no joy over ten days later.
