Failure to reverse money saying debit was not authorised by the owner of the account. the owner said she made notes on her account that they must debit. I cannot get Hold of Kagiso Monkge even went to Fnb bank city but could not be assisted

i reported on the 23rd December that i deposited money to the wrong account by mistake. i got the response today that the money cannot be reversed because the owner of the account did not authorise debit. the owner said she made notes on her account to authorise debit . the person who said the money cannot be reversed is Kagiso Monkge working at 3 first place..6th floor Fnb bank city. the number on his signature does not go through. i went to bank city and found the receptionist who tried to contact the number but couldd not go through. she tried to contact the manager of Kagiso but could not go through. this bank custumer sercice sucks. i would not advise anyone to bank with them..im also thiking of closing my accounts
