Failure to respond

<p>I requested an insurcane quote from one Jerry Ngwneya of FNB Insuracne Brokers on 19 July 2016. The next day he asked me to complete a form (despite the fact that I had already sent him my details adn the delais of the itmes I needed a quotation on), which form I completed and sent to him almost immediately. Jerry has been quiet since and he has not responded to 2x my follow up emails and he does not return calls either. </p> <p> </p> <p>How can a simple quotation take nealry 2 weeks to put together?!</p> <p> </p> <p>Clearly FNB either does not wnat to do business or Jerry Ngwneya is not willing/able to assit. Either way, this is pathectic customer service!</p>
