FAILURE TO RELEASE SETTLMENT LETTER!!!!!!!!!!

We have settled our credit card account that was handed over to Hammond Pole Attorneys who have also confirmed that our account is on R0.00 and cannot generate a paid up letter as it is the duty of FNB to do so. we have been sent from pillar to post for over 8 weeks now with no avail. This leaves a very bitter taste in our mouth seeing that we have been with FNB of over 10years now. FNB PLEASE DO RIGHT BY YOUR CLIENTS WE DO NOT OWE YOU ANYTHING ANYMORE PLEASE RELEASE OUR PAID UP LETTER!!!!!!!!!!!!
