Failure to register company

I lodged my company registration through their business banking website on 12 May 2015. To date this application has not been finalised and I have not managed to register my company. Numerous emails have gone back and forth between the business bankers and myself with them requesting the same information over and over again. Information that had been submitted with the original application. The last email sent by them to me on the 26th of June was not even sent to my email address but to someone else! When I phone the call centre no one is able to answer my queries and only \escalates"the query which delivers no result. Yesterday I phoned and spoke to a person who promised she would have a result by today"
