Failure to prove interest

I have received an email from ********** on 17 July 2017 with Reference number: ********** 9, stating that I can expect to receive interest calculation within 7 -14 business days. I have not received any calculations to date.

I keep on asking, and nothing happens.

Why is it taking so long? Why can you not send the calculations? Did you make a mistake? Do you have something to hide?
