Failure to properly investifate my case

Today as i write on this page am very disappointed with FNB and the way they have treated my case.

I unfortunately had my card ****** from my bag. Unfortunately i did not realize this until i saw in contacts of money withdrawals from the account.

In a frantic state i called FNB and had the card cancelled immediately and lodged a ***** claim. I had all my faith in the bank especially the bank always promises to help us as customers.

To the extent of my disappointment- today i received a very disheartening response. FNB advised that they can not help me because:

1. I must have given the person that stole my card my PIN code hence they were able to withdraw.

2. That why did i cancel the card after the withdrawal

What surprises me most is- why would i have cancelled my card if there is no ********** activity on it?

Secondly, why would i give someone my PIN code to go and ***** from me. Even if i had dome that - wouldnt it have been more sense for me to open a ******** case and submit that name to the police for further investigat
