Failure to pay make a follow up

<p>On the 10th August 2016. I got a call from fnb regarding the complain I've logged regarding deductionsome on my account, I was advised to send the documents that indicates that I've made arrangements for paying my debts. Since then I've never gotten any calls or feedback. This is not the first time this bank fails to make a follow up regarding my complaint. Am disturb by this because I have plans that I've made regarding the funds in hand. This is serious violation of my freedom of movement </p>
