Failure to order an FNB Credit Card

After cancelling our business credit card due to a ***** case, I was unable to order a new card. The Commercial Credit Card department cannot be reached, after being transferred to 7 different departments I was still unable to reach the correct department to re-order a card. Online banking does not allow you to re-order a card. The Commercial card department no ***, is diverted to the Business banking division who also cannot transfer to the credit card department.

Wonder if it is worth ordering a new card ?
