Failure to deliver

When I opened an account with fnb I was convinced to take a funeral plan I didn't want, I reached out to them to find cancel and have my premium being paid back since the terms do allow since I never claimed. They canceled and didn't return my money as promised. I'm speaking to one of their consultants by Simthandile and this is what he has to say, mind you - I don't have that policy anymore with them
