FAILURE TO CONFIRM BANKING DETAILS NATIONAL TREASURY CSD
I AM TOTALLY NOT HAPPY WITH FNB AS I HAVE OPENED A BUSINESS ACCOUNT WITH THEM AND EVERY TIME THE NATIONAL TREASURY TRIES TO VERIFY THE BANKING DETAILS THE RESULTS ARE NEGATIVE. THE ERROR SAYS INCORRECT ACCOUNT HOLDER DETAILS - INCORRECT ID/COMPANY REGISTRATION DETAILS. I HAVE ALREADY TRIED MANY TIME TO CORRECT THE ANOMALY WITHOUT SUCCESS.
KYC DOCUMENTS WERE SUBMITTED TO THE BANK.
Please assist!!!
