Failure to close revolving loan account

Good day

I have requested about 2weeks ago for my revolving.loan to be closed as it was paid up 2 months ago. My request is still not honoured.

Monthly bank charges and interests are being deducted every month.

May I therefore ask that you please close the account and write off the charges because I requested for the account to be closed.

I also refuse to go to the nearest branch because your app allows clients to open accounts yet when it comes to closing it, it becomes a hassle.
