Failure to close my revolving loan with FNB after a numerous times getting in contact with them !!!!

I had a Revolving Loan with FNB which I paid off in September 2023. I’ve been trying to close this account but no Help since October 2023 every month since October Ive been paying a monthly service fee for this account and FNB employees have been promising me the account will be closed I must pay that monthly fee. I’ve been to 4 different branches in the South Coast but no help till today. I’ve paid more than R1000 just on service fees on an account I fully paid. When calling FNB I will be on the phone for more than hour getting transferred to different departments with no help.
