Failure to award ebucks

I joined FNB for ebucks.I changed my car in the nav garage section but ebucks does not recognize it and won't reward me. They were an average bank bit the ebucks pushed them up.Ever since they changed the program there is no real value. They also have terrible service and a horrible app. Everytime you talk to an agent they reconnect and you have start over. Then when you call they say email. You email and a more than a month later no response. They say you should get more ebucks but I got 4 times the value on the original system.
