Failure to assist with stopping unauthorized debit orders

I have been trying tirelessly to stop unauthorized debit orders on my bank account.

On numerous occasions this morning, I tried contacting your call centre but the call was dropped. I have tried making use of the secure chat but the consultants say they are not s****ed to assist me. I have sent an email but still no response or any sort of assistance.

Is there any chance I could get someone to assist me with my query????
