Failure to assist with Covid relief on loan
I called in over a week ago to request that my insurance claim on my loan be extended. No consultant has actioned this. I am retrenched due to covid, and have no income or job, please extend the loan and revert. No help is given when I call in

I see another claim was approved for the loan, for the initial loan as well as the small relief loan. Can i please have my premiums paid for the last six months of R148 per month refunded to my check account. I see my payments as well as all the back dated payments have been transferred to that account. This should have been covered by the insurance and not me. Please refund my premiums paid into my cheque account.
