Failure the worst bank ever

What a failure of a bank ..I'm so tired of FNB they fail me every time as of they can't do anything right when it comes to my bond ...I truly feel that they making a deliberate mockery ... yhoo it's really draining the way FNB treats clients and yet they make it out its your fault and they Wana call & SMS you about their errors

Not once every since I've logging complaints about them dis they evey get a operations manager or even the CEO for that matter to contact me or even right a apology letter for all these error and mockeries they making of me as a client and my bond..never came across such a bank with such poor client service and etiquette really
