Failor and delay in paying my money

I competed forms on the 10 March 20222 to withdraw money from Home Loan flexi option. on the 19 March 2022 Mark Mdliki send me email informing me that I must include my wife and She completed forms too which I forwarded on the 22 March 2022 and on the 23 March 2022 Mike confirmed that everything is in order and Money will be paid within 3 days and Today is the 28 and nothing has been paid to my account. Can someone intervine and tell me what is happening? Why is so difficult for FNB to pay me what is due to me?
