Failing to unblock my account after I submitted everything they needed

Back in 2023 December I sent money from my capitec account to my FNB account then FNB put my account ON HOLD when I do a follow up they said , they were advised by capitec to do so then I resolved my issue with capitec my capitec account gets unblocked but FNB didn't unblocked me up until today the worst part I provided them with everything they needed but they didn't UNHOLD my account
