Failing to close account

I opened a business cheque account about 3 years ago for my family trust mortgage payment to be deducted from. We FICA'ed the account then but in Nov 2014 I was contacted by FNB asking to resubmit all my FICA document or the account would be frozen. I reluctantly e-mailed everything again to a Raeesa Khan who confirmed that all had been received and all was in order. Then in June 2015 I received another e-mail asking for numerous documents to FICA the account or it would be frozen yet again. By this point I had had enough and decided to close my account but was then told that the account was frozen until all the FICA documents had been submitted. I refused to supply any more documents as all the required docs had been e-mailed in Nov 2014 and I even forwarded all the e-mails to a Rajanthree Kanniah and Karen Sewlal who are both Business Managers at FNB. I had no reply for over 3 weeks from either of them. I contacted Karen Sewlal again who reply'ed saying that \MY"business manager Nhlanhla Ngubane would be contacting me soon. It has been over 2 weeks now with no correspondence from FNB and the account fees are still being charged!"""
