Failed system

I sent an ewallet to an incorrect number at 2am and when I tried to reverse it the system was not working, now I can’t reverse it anymore and the recipient has already withdrew the funds. If only the system was working this wouldn’t have happened. Your system failed me and now I can’t send money home
