Failed switching caused insuarnce to cancel

FNB Promised to switch my debit orders when I opened the Bank account with them. This never happened and they did not inform me. as a results of that, the Insurance for my car couldn't debit from my old account as the salary was switched and this continued to happen until the insurance was cancelled and I was never notified that the bank was failing to do a debit order switch successfully. they never bothered calling me despite my several attempts going to the bank every month to remind them. They acknowledged the mistake. even from Burgersfort Branch were I opened the account, Thandi agreed they were wrong not to call me and explain. had they called or told me in time I would have effected the switch myself.

I only realized this after my car was scratched and had to claim from the insurance and to my surprised they told me they never received money for the period of over two month and then cancelled the policy.

as it stand FNB never mentioned a word of what they will be doing to get my car sorted. this has as well affected my insurance history and now I have to pay even more premium for my car.
yet their logo says \how can we help you"I was told the is nothing FNB can do"""
