Failed Payshap transaction

Dear FNB

I made a payShap payment from my FNB account to my tymebank account on sunday morning, today it's tuesday morning and my money is still not reflecting. status it says failed, it's been over 48hrs. CAN I have my money back. Everthing I entered was accurate and correct.
