Failed National Bank

Where do I even begin with this evil monster called FNB? Even though I have moved to other banks, the ghost of FNB still haunts me.

1. I'm not able to access my cellphone banking for close to a year now. Going to the branch is useless, they reactivate and then it's blocked again even though I enter the correct pin. 2. Blocked out of my internet banking (this happens all the time, they tell me to use the app which needs to be set up at a branch & when I went to the branch I was simply handed a laptop to transact on). Tried to use the reset password/username function, it gives me an error message. 3. Because I'm never able to access either cellphone or internet banking I moved to other banks which are a breeze to use HOWEVER 4. Every morning I get SMS's of tranactions that have declined in my accounts with FNB. I obviously can't check who has been trying to debit my account/s. The negative balance goes up R80 after each SMS. 5. We use internet/mobile banking because we do not have time to go to your jam-packed branches every other day.

FNB, how can you help me? Unblock my Internet and Cellphone Banking!! PS: Spare me with the 'please visit your nearest branch' mumbo-jumbo, I've been there & identity has been verified over and over again or the '***** dept. has picked up wara wara fish-paste' line.
