Failed Incentive Promise

I opened an online Premier account end of June 2021 at the time when FNB was running a campaign whereby there is a R2K incentive for new accounts opened at the time, there were certain conditions attached to that incentives being paid and I have met all those conditions prescribed a set by them. Ive tried a couple of times to follow up on that on the secure chat platform to which I always get told by agents that the matter has been escalated and the last time is was told that my money will paid in on the 15th of the following month to which it didnt happen. I have tried again this morning the 15th Oct to follow up at 09:30 i was told again by the agent the matter has been escalated and I should await a call from FNB its now 1pm and nobody has called me. This is really annoying I feel like this was all a **** to get people to sign up with FNB,move your debit orders across and they vanish on you
