Failed FNB payshap payment

I made a payshap payment to a Tymebank account on Sunday, the funds went off my account but the recepient did not receive it, when i go on the app under payment history ,the trabsaction says it failed, however the balance was reduced from my bank account, phoned FNB on Monday they said they had an issue with payshap on Sunday, the issue will be resolved in 24 hrs , the funds have not been reverses to my bank account nor paid forward to the recepients bank, this is such an inconvenience because the person i was sending it to needed to use on Monday, there is no communication whatso ever from FNB regarding this , this is irritating now
