FAILED DEBITS AND SUSPICIOUS TRANSACTIONS

After numerous attempts at getting hold of FNB mostly unsuccessful Im still left with the problem of suspicious transactions on my account that im not aware of. I have notified the bank twice this month already that theres something wrong with my account. No one seems to care. Ive had to cancel my bank card and order a new one (+-R150) then this morning another unexplained transaction of R34.50 was attempted debit that failed and resulting in another -r8.5, this now totallying to approx 8xR8.50 failed debits??!!!

I had 2x debit orders that went off, this morning i check my account both debit orders have been reversed now adding up to 2x-R100 magtape unpaid but i have money in my account!!!!

The call centre probably wont be able to help me either as i dont have a bank card and am unable to verify my account. hahaha exciting times

So i now have +-R450 going to FNB for what exactly??? Not being able to assist me and I'm now R450 short this month. Thank you FNB for great service.!!!
