Failed Debit Orders

I have been a client with FNB for a very long time and proud. I have 9 accounts linked to my profile. On one of my accounts I have 7 D/O that goes off the first of the month, I transfer the amount to this account on the 1st of every month. On the 1st of April I transferred the amount and on the 2nd all of these D/O was returned, with a R100 penalty on each. I called FNB, the lady told me I must request the D/O to submit again or pay with EFT. THIS IS ********. I am now sitting with a R700 penalty fee and 7 returned D/O on my account although there was enough money in my account. THIS IS ********. During March on another account there was a D/O and not enough funds in that account, FNB sent me a SMS to transfer money in order for the D/O to go off, I did it and it went off, WHY NOT ON THE FIRST, WITH MONEY IN THE BANK.<br> I am disappointed - I am moving
