FAILED CSD VERIFICATION

I amstill waiting for feedback regarding my failed CSD account verification. FNB doesn't seem to care about it's customers, the bank account details that I captured were 100% correct and yet the verification failed, why? And now I must still wait for your sorry responses, ?
